EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Instructor – Nine-month, Non-tenure track position; Assistant Professor OR Associate Professor – Nine-month, Tenure track position PRIMARY DUTY: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing undergraduate instruction in animal science with an emphasis in meat and food science. In addition, the successful candidate will teach a variety of theoretical and applied undergraduate courses that may include, but are not limited to, Meat Science, Livestock Evaluation, World Foods, and Animal Products.
