This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Director at Slovacek Foods, LP. The Quality Assurance Director will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, conducting inspections, implementing and maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role will involve working closely with production teams to maintain and improve product quality. This role is responsible for managing a team of quality assurance technicians, and their daily task as well.

 Qualifications

• Quality Assurance/Control, Inspection, and Compliance skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Experience in developing and implementing quality standards
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role in the food industry
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Meat Science, Biology, or related field.
• Master's degree in Food Science, Meat Science, Biology or related field preferred but not required. 
• 2 to 5 years of experience preferred, but not required.
