SUMMARY: This position is responsible for leading an R&D team in planning developing and executing projects within business unit. This position will be hands-on with direct development activities as well as managing the work of other scientists.   Duties & Responsibilities: Accountable to execution of new products cost savings and quality improvements for their team.
