Job Description Ensure all departments are in compliance with Company, GMP, USDA, and FDA regulations. Daily quality checks will be performed to ensure customer specifications are met. This will include, but is not limited to, recipe and traceability verification, weight and temperature checks, allergen and sanitation checks, foreign object detection and packaging checks. Technician will perform swab testing and equipment calibrations. Technician will place any non-conforming product on Quality Hold as well as handle any other deviations and see that their corrective actions are carried out. Hold trainings with individuals on QA related topics.   Skills / Knowledge / Abilities/Qualifications
