JOB PURPOSE The Director of Sustainability is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy and initiatives. This role will provide input and drive the implementation of sustainability strategies and programs focused on Seaboard Foods’ sustainability pillars -- environment, animal care, communities, employees, and food safety and quality. The Director partners with cross-functional groups, outside industry groups, and customers with the goal of delivering practical sustainability solutions that enable the business to grow and be more profitable.  The position is responsible for effectively communicating the sustainability strategy to internal and external parties.
