The Department of Animal Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources (IANR) is seeking applications for a youth meat extension assistant professor position. This 12-month (calendar year), non-tenure track appointment will develop, deliver, and direct an innovative statewide 4-H program focused on livestock and meat, including the complete chain of events from animal selection, proper feeding and management, and conversion to meat products for human consumption.
